  Purchased a car from here. Everyone was helpful. Both Corene and Rebecca couldn't do enough for us. Made everything clear and simple. BUT since owning the car I haven’t had anything but problems with it and customer service has been poor. So no we wouldn’t recommend this company/dealer to anyone.

  The most shocking dealership I have seen. Went it in today with a debit card to buy a car and was not even welcomed. A girl behind a desk was busy chatting to her mates on the mobile and then texting knowing a customer is waiting. Then I finally managed to chase a older bald chap asking him about the seats in a car and he was so not bothered told me to look on the net and walked off. Tried calling sales manager and no one even answered the call. I thought the brand had improved but guess still has poorly educated team. Shame as the cars looked good.

  Despicable, can't be trusted! I took my car in for a service last week and a new suspension coil spring was required, Chris phoned me to say it would cost £452, when I said I would go elsewhere the quote rapidly came down to a special price of £360. Eventually he explained his quote was for two when only one was broken! Subsequent phone calls kept bringing the price down to an eventual £126! I got the work done elsewhere for £118. In addition someone thought it was OK to steal some of the change I'd left in the car.
